The PCI Trojans attempted a comeback but couldn’t claw their way out of an early hole.

River East prevailed 6-5 in an epic playoff clash.  The score was a vast improvement from the lopsided loss in the first game of the season to the same River East team.

Trojans goals came from Stephen MacKenzie and Jarrett Smith with two each and Michael Lavallee notched a single.

Coach Al Patterson praised goalie Adam Lamblez for another strong outing, and feels the grade ten player has a bright future ahead of him.

Although the loss ends the Trojans league playoffs they aren’t done playing yet.   They will march into Winnipeg to battle for provincial honours in two weeks time.
